Endurance Journey Virtual Cycling
Get stronger on the bike and in your body with focused workouts that build power, endurance, and efficiency. These sessions include targeted strength training, cycling-specific drills, and coach-led cues to improve your performance and help you move faster with less fatigue.
Swim Training for Triathletes
Sharpen your efficiency and confidence in the water with swim sessions designed for triathletes of all levels. These workouts focus on technique, endurance, and speed development to help you glide stronger and smoother come race day. Thursday and Sunday session instruction is provide by Coach Patrick. Registration is through the Regina Multisport Club.
Strength and Mobility Sessions
Build power, resilience, and injury-resistance with targeted strength workouts designed specifically for endurance athletes. These sessions focus on core stability, functional strength, and movement quality to support stronger runs, smoother rides, and overall athletic performance.
Group Run with Coach Jen
Join Coach Jen’s Sunday Speed & Form sessions to improve running technique, strength, and endurance in a structured group setting. Warm-ups, focused run intervals, and mobility/strength work help you build confidence and fitness while training with others.
