Join Coach Patrick and the Endurance Journey community for an 11-week live-coached cycling challenge designed to keep your fitness building and your motivation high through the off-season.
What You’ll Get
Live session each week
Saturdays (6:45–9:00 am CST): Endurance & Threshold FocusCoach-led Zoom sessions with real-time feedback
Structured workouts synced with Zwift, TriDot or TrainingPeaks
Mobility warm-ups & cool-downs to improve how you move and injury prevention
Access to session recordings if you can’t attend live
Community support to stay accountable to your training goals
What You’ll Need
Indoor bike trainer + Zwift setup (Optional - if you just want to come for the training that is A-OK!)
Zoom-enabled device (laptop, tablet, or phone)
Mat + hydration/nutrition
Internet connection.
