Endurnace Journey Indoor Cycling Challenge

Ready to stay strong, connected, and consistent this winter?
Join Coach Patrick and the Endurance Journey community for an 11-week live-coached cycling challenge designed to keep your fitness building and your motivation high through the off-season.

What You’ll Get

  • Live session each week
    Saturdays (6:45–9:00 am CST): Endurance & Threshold Focus

  • Coach-led Zoom sessions with real-time feedback

  • Structured workouts synced with Zwift, TriDot or TrainingPeaks

  • Mobility warm-ups & cool-downs to improve how you move and injury prevention

  • Access to session recordings if you can’t attend live

  • Community support to stay accountable to your training goals

What You’ll Need

  • Indoor bike trainer + Zwift setup (Optional - if you just want to come for the training that is A-OK!)

  • Zoom-enabled device (laptop, tablet, or phone)

  • Mat + hydration/nutrition

  • Internet connection.
