Group Run with Coach Jen offers structured, coach-led sessions that take place indoors or outdoors depending on the season, combining purposeful training, technique focus, and the energy of running alongside a supportive community.

Speed and Form Run Sessions

The Tuesday and Thursday Speed and Form Run Sessions with Coach Jen is a 75-minute, in-person group run class in Regina, designed to build running efficiency, strength, and confidence in a supportive group setting. Classes run 5:45pm –7:00 pm unless otherwise noted, with no classes on July 7 and July 9 and August 13.

Each session includes a dynamic warm-up with mobility work (approximately 20 minutes), a focused run session combined with strength sets (approximately 40 minutes), and a mobility-based cool-down and stretching period (approximately 15 minutes). Athletes are encouraged to bring water, a watch or timing device, and a mat or towel for strength and mobility work.

Pricing

Tuesday Cost: Fully paid $185 for 11 sessions (75 minutes per class unless held on Zoom (will be noted in schedule if any zoom). Any Zoom sessions, if applicable, are discounted to reflect the format and timing, and all prices include 5% GST.

Thursday Cost: Fully paid $169 for 10 sessions (75 minutes per class unless held on Zoom (will be noted in schedule if any zoom). Any Zoom sessions, if applicable, are discounted to reflect the format and timing, and all prices include 5% GST.Payment: Payment is due by the first day of class and can be made via PayPal, e-transfer, cash, or cheque (cheques payable to Jennifer Ruland).

Weather & Cancellations:

  • In cases of extreme weather (e.g., lightning, hail, severe heat/cold, snowstorms) or coach illness/facility conflicts, the class will be cancelled and an at-home workout will be emailed. Notifications will be sent by email.

  • No credits or refunds will be issued for cancelled, shortened, or modified classes due to weather or other circumstances.

  • No refunds, transfers, or make-ups are available once payment is made.

Forms & Participation:

  • All athletes must complete a 2026 consent form prior to participating.

  • No forms = no participation.

  • Any “yes” responses may require follow-up or a doctor’s note if necessary
