Group Run with Coach Jen offers structured, coach-led sessions that take place indoors or outdoors depending on the season, combining purposeful training, technique focus, and the energy of running alongside a supportive community.
Speed and Form Run Session
Sundays, December 28, 2025 – March 29, 2026 (Fieldhouse)
The Sunday Speed and Form Run Session with Coach Jen is a 75-minute, in-person group run class in Regina, designed to build running efficiency, strength, and confidence in a supportive group setting. Classes run 11:00 am–12:15 pm unless otherwise noted, with no classes on January 18, January 25, and February 15.
Each session includes a dynamic warm-up with mobility work (approximately 20 minutes), a focused run session combined with strength sets (approximately 40 minutes), and a mobility-based cool-down and stretching period (approximately 15 minutes). Athletes are encouraged to bring water, a watch or timing device, and a mat or towel for strength and mobility work.

Pricing
Cost: Fully paid $182 for 11 sessions (75 minutes per class unless held on Zoom). Any Zoom sessions, if applicable, are discounted to reflect the format and timing, and all prices include 5% GST.
Payment: Payment is due by the first day of class and can be made via PayPal, e-transfer, cash, or cheque (cheques payable to Jennifer Ruland).

Important Notes (Please Read):
Triathlon Saskatchewan membership is required to participate. The fee is approximately $80 and valid until August 31, 2026. Once registered, provide your membership number to the coach.
Athletes receive 15% off all classes with Coach Jen until August 31, 2026 to help offset the membership cost.
Please do not purchase the membership before indoor classes begin unless you need it earlier for another club activity.
Weather & Cancellations:
In cases of extreme weather (e.g., lightning, hail, severe heat/cold, snowstorms) or coach illness/facility conflicts, the class will be cancelled and an at-home workout will be emailed. Notifications will be sent by email.
No credits or refunds will be issued for cancelled, shortened, or modified classes due to weather or other circumstances.
No refunds, transfers, or make-ups are available once payment is made.
Forms & Participation:
All athletes must complete a 2026 consent form prior to participating (link will be emailed after registration).
